FAQs
What form of payments do you accept?
We can take payment from Zelle, Venmo, PayPal or Cash. If you are paying in cash, we ask you have the exact change.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 50% down non-refundable deposit to book. The deposit is applied towards the total of your rental. If you need to cancel your event, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule for any available future date.
Does the price include delivery and set up?
Yes, we offer free delivery to Tarrant, and parts of Dallas, Collin and Denton counties. An additional fee may apply for surrounding areas. Please inquire before booking to ensure you are in our delivery area.
Is there a weather policy?
If it is raining the day of your event & you decide to cancel, the deposit will be used for a rescheduled future date. The rain will not hurt our inflatables however, the inflatable must be shut off if winds exceed 15mph.
Do you set up at parks?
Yes, we do. If your party is taking place at a park/public area, we do ask that you please obtain their permission before booking. Special permits may apply for your event’s location.
